Speaking at the opening of the training course, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Duy Hien – Deputy Director of the National Children’s Hospital said that the situation of COVID-19 epidemic in the country is becoming more and more complicated, with outbreaks continuously appearing, new outbreaks in provinces and cities; accompanied by a rapid increase in the number of new cases.
