For fundamental investment, we focus on investing in information technology equipment to upgrade LAN/Internet system, standard server room, wifi network for electronic medical records and HIS-LIS-PACS-EMR system.
Beside human and infrastruction, we must actively renew the management model; improve service quality; and mobilize non-budget resources. In financial management, we ensure flexibility, safety, efficiency, transparency, fairness and development in financial revenue/expenditure. Our hospital diversifies types of services and prices, the goal in order to meet all patient needs with the best quality of service at the lowest cost. Make sure that it is correct and efficient, espcially clearly in expenditures, reward and punishment, etc.
