Speaking at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Dien emphasized: “Over the years, even without a formal cooperation agreement, we have had opportunities to participate in numerous training courses and scientific conferences organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. These experiences have provided significant value, improving the knowledge and skills of our medical staff and enhancing pediatric healthcare in Vietnam. We believe this visit will mark the start of comprehensive, meaningful, and effective cooperation, particularly in intensive care, organ transplants, pediatric oncology, nuclear medicine, and maternal, neonatal, and child health.”

On behalf of the Hospital’s Board of Directors and staff, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Dien warmly welcomed the Minister and his delegation
